NicheGenPro ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at nichegenpro.com.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). If you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google.
We collect information about how you use our tools, including the number of searches, prompts generated, and metadata processed. This data is used to display your usage statistics and to improve our service.
We do not store your payment card details. All payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments, our payment processor. We only store transaction IDs and credit amounts for account management purposes.
Images and videos you upload to the Metadata Generator are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. We do not permanently store your uploaded files on our servers.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase's infrastructure with row-level security (RLS) enabled. This means your data is only accessible to you and our system — not other users.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and regular security monitoring.
Your uploaded files (images/videos) are processed in memory and are not stored permanently on our servers.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Credit transaction records are kept for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where required by law for financial records.
